Kegiatan ini akan membekalimu mulai dari persiapan dokumen beasiswa, mencari supervisors, melakukan penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah, hingga lulus tepat waktu dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Setelah mengikuti program ini, kami harap kamu dapat memulai perjalanan studi pascasarjanamu dengan percaya diri.
Dalam melanjutkan studi pascasarjana ada banyak hal yang perlu disiapkan dari jauh hari. Dua komponen utama yang perlu disiapkan adalah pembiayaan studi (untuk jenjang S2/S3) dan supervisor (untuk jenjang S3). Pada program ini, narasumber akan berbagi informasi mengenai jenis-jenis beasiswa yang dapat peserta daftar, tipe program master/PhD yang tersedia, menyusun motivation letter, mencari dan mengembangkan ide penelitian untuk menyusun proposal riset, hingga mempersiapkan proses interview bersama calon supervisor yang akan dibahas berdasarkan point of view student dan advisor.
Setelah resmi diterima pada program Master/PhD, maka kamu akan memulai perjalanan studi dengan batasan waktu tertentu. Tentu saja perjalanan ini penuh tantangan, baik dalam hal akademik maupun non-akademik. Dengan waktu yang terbatas, maka kamu harus dapat menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan baik. Tantangan non-akademik akan kamu hadapi adalah mulai dari persiapan keberangkatan, on-boarding di negara tujuan dengan segala perbedaan kultur budaya yang ada, soft-skills seperti kemampuan mengelola waktu, mental, dan uang selama studi, hingga tips bagi yang sudah berkeluarga. Lalu yang utama adalah hal-hal akademik yang pasti kamu lalui, seperti mengelola pekerjaan lab, mengelola hubungan dengan supervisor selama studi, bagaimana melaporkan kemajuan penelitian, menulis publikasi ilmiah, mengikuti scientific conferences, hingga menulis naskah thesis.
